Housing Work on Old Filton Airfield Begins

Work is soon to begin close to Cribbs Causeway to make way for a huge new housing development at Filton Airfield. The former airfield will become a thriving new neighbourhood on the edge of Bristol city and work is scheduled to begin within the next couple of months. Bristol’s Proposed New Sport Quarter at Ashton Gate

In September 2018, plans to develop a new £100 million sports and convention centre at Bristol City have been unveiled by the owners of Ashton Gate Stadium. The proposed sporting and entertainment centre will be built next to the Bristol City ground in South Bristol.
