We take payment via online bank transfer. We try to avoid checks and cash payments if possible.
Yes we ask for payment in full before confirmation of the booking.
If you postpone or cancel, we will charge you according to how much notice is given. “Working days” refer to the normal working week of Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Public Holidays.
More than 7 days – 10% of the total removal charges
Between 4-7 days - 50% of the total removal charges
3 days - 75% of the total removal charges
1-2 days - 90% of the total removal charges
